In the following article we will guide you on how to upload diplomas. 

DIPLOMAS

At the end of each course, employees will be able to obtain diplomas certifying the course completion These diplomas can be edited and customized according to the client's criteria. 


In order to create and edit diplomas, the following path should be followed: USER>>MY COMPANY>>> GENERAL>> DIPLOMAS AND CERTIFICATES (see images).






It is important to point out that the diplomas must be previously designed to be used; only the text and signature information is personalized on the platform.


These diplomas may be awarded upon completion of webinar courses within the platform.



DIPLOMAS Section : You will be able to add, edit or delete diplomas. Additionally,  there is an option to import diplomas with the following extensions CSV, JSON, XLS



In the ADD NEW section, the first step is to name the diploma and add the image you want to see in the background.


 


Diploma field configuration: In this section, you need to add the positions of the texts that you want to display on the diploma. Each of them will be determined by X and Y coordinates, which have a default configuration according to the following details:


(It is important to mention that these text positions are predefined for diplomas already created by BUK).

Diploma 1:

  • X Position : 520

  • Y Position: 318

  • Text: [Participant’s Name].

  • X Position : 520

  • Y Position: 428

  • Text: [Course Name]

Diploma 2:

  • X Position : 300

  • Y Position: 318

  • Text: [Participant’s Name].

  • X Position : 300

  • Y Position: 428

  • Text: [Course Name]

Diploma 3:

  • X Position : 530

  • Y Position: 378

  • Text: [Participant’s Name].

  • X Position : 550

  • Y Position: 479

  • Text: [Course Name]

Diploma 4: 

  • X Position : 530

  • Y Position: 378

  • Text: [Participant’s Name].

  • X Position : 530

  • Y Position: 479

  • Text: [Course Name]



This is how the diploma will be created and available for use.


  • CERTIFICATES


Certificates are documents that contain the details of a set of courses taken by a user.


To access the creation and configuration of certificates, you may follow the path USER>>>MY COMPANY>>> GENERAL>> DIPLOMAS AND CERTIFICATES>>> CERTIFICATES.



In this section you can configure the certificate format, where you need to add a header image with predefined text blocks, the body text of the certificate, which must contain certain available auto-fill tags, and finally, you should add a footer image with predefined text blocks as well.




Once the changes have been made, it is important to save them  in order to see the changes on the platform.


Important: To view and download the certificates generated, go to the report of a particular user, click on the "Trainings" tab and download by clicking on the action button (a certificate will only be available if a user has completed one or more courses).
